You have a venue and an officiator but have limited space or too many guests to invite. This option allows you to share your intimate wedding with as many family members, friends and frenemies as you want.
2 virtual consultations that will take you through everything to make you comfortable with us covering your wedding service on the day.
We conduct a site visit to make sure we have all the audiovisual equipment, internet and power ready at the venue for the day.
We create a personalised wedding site for your e-vite, RSVP, story and details of the day.
We create a virtual seating plan so that guests only interact with people they are close to.
We provide a virtual recording booth so guests may record messages to you on zoom for viewing later.
Free zoom meetings are limited to 40 min. We use our pro account to remove this limitation and make your room available for 24 hours. Up to 100 guests can join the wedding service directly and we can stream it to Facebook or YouTube live for additional people to experience the ceremony
There are always interludes during the wedding service. We use the playlist of your choice to stream to your guests during these quiet times. Add some pictures and pre-recorded video to keep people engaged.
Someone is always available to handle questions or offer assistance during the wedding service.
We provide 3 Cameras and mic the bride, groom and Officiator up individually for the best video and sound quality. Your guests will always have the best view of the ceremony. We switch cameras throughout the ceremony to make sure your guests feel as close to you as possible.
We have a large screen so that afterwards you can interact directly with your guests if you like.
We take care of lighting, power and our own connection to the internet if need be for the best possible experience.
We record the wedding service directly onto each camera and edit it for you after so that the memory of your special day is always the best possible quality. We make an HD recording available but talk to us about upgrading to a 4k recorded event.
